Ordering Information
Cropping-unless otherwise specified, your order will be printed borderless bleed. This may require cropping of your image. If you prefer an alternative method you must specify full frame or crop. Indicate cropping by writing instructions on order envelop. Do not cut negatives.

• All prices subject to change without notice.
• Telephone price quotes are subject to verification when the order is placed.
• Vicprolab reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
• Cancellations will be charged for all work completed.
• Vicprolab is not responsible for orders left over 30 days.
• All unclaimed orders will be destroyed after 60 days.
• We are not responsible for any misprint or typographical errors.
• Turn-around times are approximate and may vary depending on workload.

Terms of Payment
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Debit Cards. NO COMPANY checks WILL BE ACCEPTED. An Account is required for personal checks.

Rush Charges
Prices quoted are for regular turnaround time only, however rush charge apply to rush orders. Please see manager for further information and quotes

Reorders
Due to variations in sensitized material, it may not be possible for reorders to exactly match originals in color and density. If you return an original print with your reorder, we will do our best to get as close a match as possible.

Limit Of Liability
As skilled professionals, VICPROLAB will take every precaution to ensure the proper handling of any photographic material that you submit to us. Submitting any film, print, slide or negative or CD, media cards and digital files to this firm for processing, printing or other handling, constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary or agents, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by our company, subsidiary and/or agents of the film, print, slide or negative is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. Vic Digital Photo Lab is not responsible for loss, damage or delay in shipment caused by the US Postal Service, Federal Express or any other carrier.

Copyright
VICPROLAB will comply with all copyright laws. We will protect the ownership rights of copyright holders and will not copy or reproduce photographs that are copyrighted or bear a studio name without written consent of the photographers or studio.
